I had been using my WH-XB900N for 1 year with no problem, but once I connected two additional Bluetooth paired devices and unplugged my computer's charge cord, I got the same terrible quality others here have described. go to the headphones app and enable the "Connect to 2 devices simultaneously" option. connect headphones to your phone. connect headphones to your Windows PC (as secondary device) Might also work if you PC is a primary device and your phone is secondary, but I haven't tested.
